In via della Fonte d'Olio, at a walking distance from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, a beautiful B&B in an authentic 18th century building, with a lovely terrace and all the conveniences and services offered by hotels and guesthouses in Rome.

The B&B is composed of:

RMBB05: double bedroom with double bed or two single beds. A sofa-bed is available for a third person. The room offers a view on Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.

RMBB06: double bedroom with double bed or two single beds.

RMBB07: double bedroom with double bed.

RMBB08: single room with French size bed (smaller than a standard double bed but bigger than a single one). It's perfect for one person but it can be good also for a couple.

RMBB09: double bedroom with double bed

All the rooms have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, free Wi-Fi internet connection, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerated bar and safe, air conditioning.

The lovely terrace (a true privilege for an accommodation in Rome!) with plants is perfect in summer for a delicious breakfast and chats during the day. If the weather does not allow it, breakfast is served in the tranquillity of your room.

There is also a reception area that offers fax service and tourist information on what to see in the city and events not to be missed during a vacation in Rome.

Guests arriving by car can use the garage nearby (available with an additional fee).

Anyone who wants to come with a dog (small and well-trained) is always welcome!

The B&B can host up to 11 people.

IT WAS LOVELY TO ARRIVE TO A PLEASANT FRIENDLY WELCOME. HELP WAS OFFERED TO GET LUGGAGE UPSTAIRS. ROOM WAS WELL APPOINTED AND CLEAN. WE HAD A SMALL VIEW OF THE PIAZZA WHICH WAS NICE.. GENEROUS CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS DELIVERED EACH MORNING TO OUR ROOM AT THE TIME WE CHOSE. WOULD.BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND TO ALL.

From the time we got there until we left the staff could not have been more helpfull. The room was just what we wanted and the location was just right for getting into the city centre. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Rome.

We loved the location in the heart of Trastavere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even brought breakfast to our room the morning we were leaving very early! Breakfast otherwise was on the roof in an attrative setting and not extravagant, but fresh and good. Our room was very clean and modern. It all added up to feel like a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this sweet spot!
