Area Appio-Latino, semi-central, 3 minutes walk from beautiful Caffarella archeological Park (see pictures) and subway station (line A for city center), bars, nice restaurants (both luxury and cheap), stores, supermarkets and good public transport (20 min. from historical center, some sites within walking distance). Nice quiet street and safe neighborhood, people can walk at night safely. Gardens and nice parks with benches and cocktail bars. Apartment is very small but beautiful and modern, quiet, kitchen completely furnished, microwave, electric boiler, fridge, new dishes etc.. Clean linen, blankets and towels. Wi fi, tv with dvd reader, fan and hair dryer. Heating for the winter

It is easy and fast to get to the historycal centre, in fact it is in one of the best and most comfortable quarters of Rome and very safe.
It is a private apartment, no sharing.

There is no lift, not suitable for disabled.
