In a beautiful old building in the nice street of Via Capo le Case, a few steps from the Spanish Steps, in the most prestigeous area of historical center, there are two wonderful apartments on the first floor (no lift), furnished with taste and elegance.
Both the accommodations are great quality; they can host up to 7 people.

RMAP191
60 sqm elegant apartment composed of a hall with well equipped kitchen corner, a big area with double bed and a sofa-bed that can be used as single bed, a table with 4 chairs and a big plasma TV with satellite channels. It also has a single room and a bathroom with shower.
The magic of this apartment is the graceful balcony with view on the baroque tower bell of Sant'Andrea delle Fratte by the genius of Borromini.

RMAP192
Quiet and romantic 36 sqm suite composed of an independent entrance, a small hall, a double bedroom, a big wardrobe, a comfortable wellness area with a jacuzzi where you can relax and drink a herb tea. There are also a kitchen corner and a bathroom. A single bed can be added under request, but the suite is more suitable for 2 people. It's the perfect solution for those who are looking for an intimate atmosphere, relax and a bit of romanticism.

At guests' disposal in both accommodations: air-conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi, telephone, safe, bath set, set for cofee and herb tea.

You can leave your luggage after the check-out time (11:00 am)

Transportation
The privileged location allows you to walk to most of the attractions. The public transports are excellent, with the metro A (stop Piazza di Spagna or Barberini) e with the buses running through the near Via del Tritone.

The apartment is excellent.It is well renovated and beautifully furnished.Mrs Gomez is very warm and friendly with her guests. The apartment is within walking distance from all the sights of Rome.There are a lot of facilities in the area.I strongly recommend that tourists choose this apartment if they want to have a relaxing holiday in ROME.

Excelente apartamento, muy comodo para 4 personas. Muy bien ubicado. La dueña muy amable y atenta. Esta muy equipado y de muy buen gusto. No tuvimos ningún problema. Cumplieron con todo lo que nos proponían.

A great location when visiting rome!! Within walkingdistance of the main sights. The Apartment itself is located at a quite street, so you won't have any trouble falling asleep. The apartment is perfect for two persons and is in a great condition. We were shown great hospitality throughout our stay and we will defently come back.

Siamo tre amiche di Firenze, Noi abbiamo soggiornato in questa Suite perché l’altra non era disponibile, la descrizione diceva che è più adatta per due persone ma noi, pur essendo in 3 abbiamo voluto provare lo stesso perché volevamo stare in zona Spagna e devo che ci siamo trovate benissimo! E’ un’ottima base per le escursioni perché ha una posizione assolutamente strategica, alla fine abbiamo fatto TUTTO a piedi e la sera quando tornavamo potevamo toglierci la stanchezza con un bagno nell'idromassaggio. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile, Un'altra cosa è che tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, la Tele piatta è bellissima e c’è molto buon gusto nell’arredamento. Io mi sentirei di consigliare questa sistemazione e non solo come ripiego, ma come prima scelta. Difetti: affaccia tutta sul retro

Estuvimos en Roma por 5 noches en este apartamento, esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad y del metro. Pasamos unos dias muy confortables, el apartamento es comodo, limpio, muy bien equipado. La propietaria es muy amable. Sin dudas volveria a alojarme aqui.
