We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment. Mr Cofini met us on arrival and made us feel at home. The apartment has tons of character; a feast for the eyes. We liked the balcony and the quiet residential location. We were two single visitors so we had loads of room. The apartment had everything we needed and more (who needs a microwave in Italy?). Visitors should be aware that the location is a bit hilly and a little remote from the action apart from the Vatican. The walk to the Vatican is only 15 minutes and there is a good bus service to the centre of town.

WE have a great time in Rome, also through this appartment.The owners invite us in their appartment very friendly and show us everything. We like the freedom of this appartmennt The balcony was super.. Many times we were sitting their in the evening. The environment is also good. Sleeping with six persons in this appartment is too much We can recommand this appartment to everybody

The apartment was much bigger than expected. It was very clean and there was more than enough blankets and pillows. The landlord was very accommodating and nice and we felt welcomed and safe.

Spacious flat with big balcony. Comfortable. Beautiful. Close to food stores. Very helpful owners.

We stayed for 7 nights in June 2010. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations and was much larger than we thought it would be and very comfortable. It is in a very residential area of Rome and we enjoyed the feeling of being a "local" for the week. Although the apartment is some way from the centre of Rome, we appreciated the distance as it was much quieter and more relaxing. Directions from the Airport would have been helpful, as the the driver of the transfer vehicle did not know where the apartment was located and had to keep stopping and asking people for directions. He also charged us €55 although the agreed amount when booking stated €45. We were tired from travelling and assumed that this "new" price was correct and did not challenge it. However, when we returned to the airport the following week, we paid far less for a private taxi. Having checked the amount with SleepingRome, it seems that their driver was dishonest and they have graciously offered us a €10 discount next time we book with them. SleepingRome also made a mistake with the booking, informing the owners of the apartment that 2 people would be staying in the apartment and consequently only 1 double bed was made up. I had requested accommodation for 3 single beds as I was accompanied by my 2 adult daughters. Fortunately, this was quickly rectified by the owners and did not spoil our stay. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay outside central Rome.

El departamento cumplio nuestras expectativas de amplitud, luminosidad, limpieza,calidez. El entorno es apacible, con mucho verde, bien ubicado y el propietario es una persona muy agradable y gentil.

It was a comfortable appartment, clean and spacious, located in a convenient location, a short walking disctance from the Vatican and public transport. We enjoyed it very much.

The only comment I have is that the owners possessions were taking virtually all space in the robes and boards, and we had to leave our luggage and clothing on the floor or under the beds. But that was only a small price to pay.
