Two luxurious apartments of 120 sqms in the same building with lift in San Lorenzo area, where there are several restaurants and bars. At 10 minutes walking from Termini Station, a few meters from La Sapienza university and with 71 bus line right in front of the appartament, that brings you at Piazza di Spagna.

Each one is as follows:

There is a spacious hall with a room for luggage.
At guests' disposal there are 3 bedrooms, finely furnished, two of which have a balcony.
Two rooms with a double bed and twin beds for 4 persons each, one room with a double bed and 1 single bed. All of them have a wardrobe and a desk.
Living room with sofa bed.
Moreover there is a kitchenette with dining area, fridge-freezer, electric burners, microwave and a table with extension with chairs.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower.
Wi-Fi. Air conditioning available.
Together they can host up to 24 people (12+12)

[10/10] For the appartment quality. 2 bathroom with showers. central heating, good kitchen, big beds, large rooms. Really enjoyed the appartment. [9/10] for the position, got supermarkets 100mts from the appart, metro 15 minutes walk, bus at the door, central location ( near Termini Station). Very good location for a willing to walk group. Taxi is cheap from the center as well (9€). [10/10] for the Cleaning - Fresh made beds, clean bathrooms, top quality reception. Great Job ! [10/10] for Quality per money. We could have expected much less for the money we paid. 100% worth the money! Great appartment! a lot of space and top condition. Very helpful, on time and simpathic landlord. Thank you very much Barbara! We highly recommend this appartment. Worth every cent !!

Apartment looks better than we expected. Good situation, near bus stops, metro, shops Bathrooms are equiped better than 3 star hotel. Kitchen has everything necesary. Owners are enough hospitable and polite. I recomend this apartment for every one.

Muito boa relaçao qualidade/preço. A casa nao tendo grandes luxos tem todas as condiçoes para 10 pessoas. Esta bem localizada, se for um grupo com vontade de andar, em 10 minutos metem-se em qualquer lado a pe. Tambem é bem servido de transportes. As pessoas foram super atenciosas e pontuais. Recomendo.

owner should inform how to open the front door during the night withut keys from appartment.
