Gorgeous 130 sqm apartment on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator located in the heart of the pedestrian area of the "Trident Romano", a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps and well connected with several metro stations and bus stops. The house was recently renovated and elegantly furnished. It faces towards Piazza del Popolo and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, heating, iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, hi-fi). It is composed of:

- 1 bedroom with 1 double sofa-bed (sofa-bed size 170x190 cm)
- 1 dining room with 1 sofa-bed (sofa-bed size 150x190 cm)
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer
- 1 bathroom with bath tub/shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer
- 1 kitchen with sink, 4 gas stoves, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots and other kitchen utensils.

Très belle situation pour cet appartement. Idéal pour visiter le centre de Rome tout en bénéficiant de rues commerçantes et vivantes où il fait bon flâner. Si vous montez les marches de la place le soir venu, très belle vue de Rome ! Appart très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé et très calme ! Les chambres donnent sur l'arrière et vous n'avez vraiment pas l'impression d'être au cœur d'une capitale tant c'est calme et isolé. Un grand merci à Simona pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
