stay: 24-2july. Smell kept emanating from the kitchen, we've had to keep the door closed. Most probably the foul smell was coming from the water heating apparatus. Secondly we didn't manage to use the airconditioning because we couldn't use properly the hand-held monitor. It was our fault for not contacting the owner of the place. Otherwise: strategic location of apartment: v.good. Owner: very gentle and kind person. Advantage was no inventory and listing of utensils which would have been useless (and sometimes owners take advantage of already damaged items). Thanks for your service. C. Bonanno 27.07.2017.

We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. The location is perfect in beautiful Trastevere. We had fresh and delicious foccacia for breakfast every morning from a small shop just 100 metres away, and there are also very good cafès and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro giorni presso l'appartamento in Trastevere, via Ripense. Ottima l'organizzazione e l'informazione online, tutto ha funzionato come previsto; le modalità di pagamento, di presa di possesso dell'appartamento, tutto è andato al meglio. Molto cordiale e disponibile la padrona di casa, nonché puntualissima. Avevamo richiesto anche il servizio navetta con un taxi da Fiumicino ed è stata un'ottima scelta: abbiamo speso lo stesso del servizio pubblico e il tassista sapeva esattamente dove portarci e dove tornare a prenderci. Siamo molto felici di aver scelto l'appartamento in Trastevere: si tratta di un appartamento molto generoso negli spazi, con due camere grandissime, due bagni, una cucina sufficiente, con il tavolo sistemato a una grande finestra dove si può fare colazione o pranzare ammirando i tetti romani. Per quattro persone (noi eravamo con i nostri bambini) è perfetta, ma sicuramente ci si può stare anche in sei. Nonostante la posizione a ridosso del Lungotevere, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso - è lontano dal cuore della "movida" trasteverina - e rappresenta il perfetto contraltare di relax dopo un'intensa giornata da turisti. Al tempo stesso, nelle vicinanze si trovano già molti negozietti e ottimi ristorantini. Il viale di Trastevere, con il Conad e centinaia di negozi, è a 10 minuti a piedi. Dall'appartamento si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata la Bocca della Verità e da lì i Fori e il Colosseo. In conclusione, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio offerto e torneremo, appena possibile, a Roma con questa formula. Qualche piccolo suggerimento (non critica) per migliorare l'appeal dell'appartamento: poiché la clientela è soprattutto straniera, non sarebbe male che in cucina ci fossero una teiera, una macchina per il caffè alla tedesca (o all'americana), un coltello lungo a lama seghettata per il pane (ci sono solo coltelli corti).

aPPARTAMENTO MOLTO AMPIO, RISTRUTTURATO DI RECENTE, DUE BAGNI MOLTO COMODI, CAMERE DA LETTO GRANDI E PULIZIA GENERALE OTTIMA. ARRIEGGIATO, NON NECESSITA DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA ANCHE IN AGOSTO. POSIZIONE STRATEGICA DA CUI PARTIRE PER VISITARE LE MERAVIGLIE DI ROMA, E ALLA SERA ESSERE GIA' A TRASTEVERE PER GODERSI LA ROMA NOTTURNA. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!

We were very comfortable, in this appartement, and we enjoy a lot our trip in Rome.
We would appreciate biger towel and some toillet paper in the place but this is just a small thing, i kept a good souvenir.

Everything was perfect. The location of the appartment was very good, near to the centre of Rome and in a nice area with lots of restaurants.

The practical arrangements to get the key etc run smoothly.
