50 sqm apartment on the first floor of a quiet building with elevator located in Monteverde Vecchio, airy and green district not far from San Pietro, just a few minutes walk from the historic district of Trastevere and the Janiculum. At a short distance there are: bus 75 stop (which leads to Termini Station through different areas of the historical center such as Trastevere, Aventino, Circus Maximus, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum), the station Quattro Venti of the local Railway Roma Capranica-Viterbo (which also has a stop at San Pietro station, a short walk from the Vatican City) and the two parks of Villa Sciarra and Villa Pamphili, the largest green lung of Rome, particularly suitable for walks, picnics and sports activities.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a large wardrobe, a shoe rack and a small balcony. The living room is furnished with sofa, table with four chairs, library, TV and another small balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and has a refrigerator and oven.
The bathroom has a window, bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

The owner of the appartment was very friendly, helpful and flexible, which was helpful because our return flight changed a number of times. We enjoyed this quiet friendly place just outside the city walls of Rome, it was close enough to Trastevere and easy to find food nearby. The appartment was complete, everything we needed was there. It was clean and spacious. Internet would have been welcome, but it was also available in the lunchroom around the corner! Thank you for the good care.
