This beautiful apartment in Rome is situated in the Renaissance era building which was once a convent, in the neighborhood which in the roman times was occupied by the fabulous Gardens of Maecenas. Now it is a quiet area in a busy city where you can find a beautiful park, Oppio, on your doorstep. From the apartment it is only a 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Here you'll find the Metro and buses that will take you anywhere you need to go. The area is full of lovely roman restaurants, bars and shops of every kind.

Bright self-catering apartment is 90 sqm large and is divided on two floors. Entering the apartment you will find a large living room with a kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and an oven.

The kitchen area has a big gorgeous table seating 8 people, dating back to the 1800, two couches that can sleep 2 people, and two big windows. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom containing a bathtub. The second floor is an open space with a double bed, complete with closet and a seating-area that can be turned into two single beds and the second bathroom with a shower. It also count with internet, television heating and air conditioning. The whole building externally and internally has undergone a complete restoration. The flat was not fully cleaned. Bath and Kitchen were dirty. Kitchen: A dish washer was mentioned in the description but not installed. Only two teaspoons were available. Several items were old or very cheap: pan, toaster. The hood was very very dirty. Countertop is defect. Bath: mold, no stacker in the shower. Overall the place is very dark, lamps are stuffed with low luminosity, chairs do not fit for the table (too low) There should be a better preparation in advance: full cleaning and checking of the equipement. Furthermore we expect a discount of 50 Euro for the missing dish washer.
