Nice apartment of 140 sqm on the ground floor in Via degli Equi in the area of San Lorenzo, an area collected from old walls, near the Termini station.

This apartment is well arranged on two levels: the ground floor has a spacious and comfortable kitchen with all accessories, microwave, refrigerator and bar, the living room has extendable table and chairs for 11 people, TV. Here there is a spacious family room with double bed, double sofa bed and a bathroom. There is also a triple room with double bed and single bed and a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

The first floor consists of a four-bed room with double bed, single bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and a small bathroom with shower.

It consists of a large living room with table and chairs for 6 people, a cabinet with everything you need to stay (plates, glasses etc.), TV and kitchen (with fridge freezer, electric stove and oven). You log on to the double bedroom through a passage room with a bunk bed with wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine.

It is quiet, because inside of the building away from the road and accessible by a lovely green courtyard.
The electric heating is independent and each room has the air conditioning. It has internet wifi.

The area is known for its variety of restaurants and pizzerias. Being a central and very lively area, thanks to close the university "La Sapienza", it is connected with all areas of Rome .
At 10 meters from the structure you find a bus which brings you to Piazza Di Spagna in few stops .
The subway is at 800 ms and is at 2 stops from the Colosseum.
Nearby a safe parking is available .

Mindenkinek ajánlom ezt a kiváló helyen lévő apartmant. Tágas, kényelmes, tiszta, a konyhája jól felszerelt. Kávé, cukor, só, olaj mind rendelkezésre álltak. A tulajdonos azonnal jött, amint megérkeztünk a Terminire. A repülőtérről 4 Euróért hoz be a busz, és a szállástól kb.800 méterre van a végállomása. A 71-es busszal, ami a háznál áll meg, a Trevi kútig kényelmes 10 perc alatt lehet beérni. A 492-es busszal egész a VAtikánig el tudsz menni. Akár két családnak is kényelmes, 3 fürdőszoba van benne.

We are really happy for the time we had in Rome and especially for the apartment which was very clean and well prepared for our coming, the owner
was waiting for us in the apartment. I can say only good words for every aspect of the apartment. I hope to use it again for next time being in Rome.
