I have rented from Fernanda previously, and this is the second time. I am happy to be returning to the apartment again in July. Wonderful location. Gianni was there as expected to provide the key, and help anytime there was a problem. Every issue was taken care of with efficiency-- I really appreciated that.

Very nice little apartment. Very clean. Tenant above was rather noisy well after 1am. Bathrooms were cramped as was the lift.
Excellent restaurant next door.
Very good location between Piazza Navona and Palazzo Chigi. Within walking distance of major sights, 20 mins to Vatican (nice walk). Colosseo was a bit farther away. Access to bus routes within 3-7 minutes.
Price was good for the location.

Nous avons énormément apprécié la position géographique située dans les lieux stratégiques des visites. Le Panthéon, la fontaine de Trévi, Plazza NAVONA, Campo dei Fiori pour le marché et le Vatican, Via del CORSO qui relie la Plazza del Poppolo à la Plazza Venezia.
Juste en dessous le Colisée, le Palatin et le forum, avec le Capitole à côté......
Tout est à portée de 'jambes', nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser les transports publics. nous avons parcourus 10 quartiers sur 17 et tous à pied.
L'appartement pour 2 est largement suffisant, pour 4 il serait un peu trop juste étant donné la position des toilettes.
A recommander pour des amis car nous avons été enchantés, peu de bruit.
Le contact avec la propriétaire aisé et elle est disponible au cas ou.

Small charming apartment perfectly suitable for 2 persons. It is rustically decorated and has a warm feeling, even if it is not too generous on natural light.The location is the best feature, with many main attractions within walking distance: Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc. The apartment is placed on the third floor on a quiet street, it is clean and very well provided with all necessities: fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, umbrella.
On the minus side, the walls are quite thin and you can hear movement from the neighbours. Also, the building is old and was fitted with a tiny elevator which is quite sensitive to use.
Overall I had a good experience staying there for 3 nights and I would rent it again.
P.S. In my opinion, more than 2 persons would feel crowded in this tiny space.

This was an absolutely fantastic rental. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a great bed, a kitchen that served us extremely well for the month we were there, and plenty of room for two adults. In addition, the location is almost impossibly terrific -- three minutes to the Pantheon, Sant Eustachio, Tazza d'Oro; five minutes to Piazza Navona; thirty seconds to a wonderful local market, and a minute to the best butcher ever. Arrival and departure were flawless -- Dani was waiting for us even though we arrived a bit early and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, Fernanda couldn't have been nicer, and Valentina at Sleeping in Rome was always prompt and so helpful. Thanks to the apartment and all the people who helped make the rental work, our time in Rome was perfect.

The appartment is located very close to the Pantheon. From there the most important things to see are a walking distance away. You don´t need to take any public transport. It´s perfect for some nights stay.
It is small and for four persons there´s not enough place for lunch or dinner. OK for breakfast or something quickly to eat. But you have a little kitchen inside the living room where you can cook.
It is clean and perfect for two.
The best is the location. The near supermarkets are very expensive, so if you can, take some issues from home....

Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans ce petit appartement, avec nos deux enfants. Ce n'est pas grand, mais suffisant pour loger directement au coeur de Rome, dans un coin très sympa et calme, avec de petits magasins dans le coin pour le ravitaillement. Le logement est bien équipé et propre, le plus du linge de toilette fourni en grande quantité ainsi que les draps est très appréciable, la petite salle e bains est fonctionnelle ainsi que le coin cuisine. Bien sûr on ne peut pas y faire beaucoup de cuisine, mais pour un petit déjeuner et un repas du soir au retour des visites, c'est très bien. Même en cas de chaleur on peut y dormir sans problème avec les fenêtres ouvertes, la clim ne desservant que la chambre. C'est un petit pied à terre sympa, avec en plus un bon restaurant en bas, ce qui ne gâche rien. Il manquerait juste un petit plus de possibilités pour étendre du linge, la machine à laver pour 4 c'est parfait, mais pour faire sécher c'est un peu plus compliqué.

The apartment is small, but it is perfect for a couple or a family visiting Rome.
However, even 4 adults would fit in - we were 2 couples, in general it was OK for all of us, but we sometimes had the feeling that the apartment is too small for all of us. For a couple or a family with children is perfect. The apartment is very central, 3 minutes to Pantheon so it is right in the heart of the city. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, a supermarket near the Pantheon.
There are two small rooms (a bedroom - with a big bed - and a living room - with an extensible couch and a kitchenette). There is everything you need in there for a good stay in Rome.
Check in and check out was very easy.

I consider the place as compact but comfortable enough for a holiday in summer. I would not choose this place in winter because if confined indoors due to bad weather the place tends to be very claustrophobic. The location could not be any better, five stars for that. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathrooms are very small and may pose a problem for someone moderately obese. This was my 7th visit to Rome and two years ago I was in a four star hotel which included breakfast for the same price but I did not really mind for that since the location this time made up for all the minuses. I have words of praise for Valentina who has excellent communication skills.Should I have the chance I shall revisit again

The apartment is in a great location: Close to the trevi fountain, Spanish steps, coliseum the Pantheon and awesome neighbourhood restaurants. You can walk to almost anywhere. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning provided welcome relief in 40 Celsius (112 Fahrenheit) degree June weather.
We stayed in the two bedroom/2 bathroom apt, four adults and it was perfect. If you need a central place, this is the apt for you. We'Ve already recommended it to friends.

We are a mature couple, stayed 7 night and felt great. The apartment is very clean and well segmented in areas (living, kitchen, bedroom), however I doubt that more than two people would feel comfortable.
The apartment is very well located between Piazza Navonna and the Pantheon, at walking distance of both. Fontana di Trevi, Palazzo Altemps and Campo de Fiori are also very close, and we walked to the Vatican in 30 minutes. Moreover, the neighboring building hosts a quite good restaurant, and opposite is a small market with local products in the morning, and good restaurants open for lunch and dinner.
The closest metro station is Piazza di Spania (walking 20 minutes), but one interested in visiting the historical Rome and its main interesting museums does not necessarily need the metro.
Situated at the third floor of a building with elevator, the apartment has almost all you need in a short holiday; the kitchen is well equipped, the heating, AC and Wi-Fi work well and the bed is comfortable.
The rental company helps with transportation to and from the airport. We asked for this service and were very happy with it.
Loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Pour venir de l’aéroport de Fiumicino, nous vous conseillons le bus shuttle Sitbus qui a un arrêt du côté du Vatican, place Cavour, à 1/4h à pied de l'appart ; pour le retour, prévoir d'y être au moins 30 min à l'avance (même si tickets réservés par internet).

I checked into apt 2 days ago, Me and family are here for 17 days. Valentina always kept me informed of any changes and even reserved a car to and from FCO. Apt host met me and explained everything. Keys, linens, bath, bed, sheets all very clean. Apt was very clean inside and out. Wifi a tad slow but does it's job. Location is Center of everything. 30 second walk to meat market and farmers market. Farmers market has a water fountain to fill your water bottles. 8 min walk to St.Peters. The apt is 3 min walk to shopping, restaurants etc. I would recommend highly the apt. Ciao enjoy Rome.

The agent I dealt with was very helpful. Since the owner speaks only Italian and we speak only English, the agent stepped in to help us communicate with the owner. She gave us her cell phone number and encouraged us to call her for any question. Since we were in the foreign country and not fluent with the local language, she made us feel comfortable.
The travel agent also arranged transportation service. The driver picked us at airport, took us to the apartment, communicated with the owner and made the check-in very smooth. On the last day, we were ready to go to the seaport to catch our cruise. The driver showed up on time, helped us load the luggage, and dropped us off at the right pier where the ship was docked. The service was very reasonable and cost less than the public transportation.

I can't put into words how convenient and pleasant the apartment was for our family stay. The apartment was clean, pleasantly furnished, very cold AC, very good wifi connection, and comfortable beds. Location , Location , Location, I found the apartments to be in an excellent location, great value for the price. good safe / secure premises. Lift was available if you needed it. Lots of restraunts around, close to most of the major attractions. Could not ask for anything better. Cleaning staff was the one to meet us and found a large language barrier however she was quick to reach out to owners for assistant. We had a problem with the smaller appartment's air conditioning but when we called the owner he was quick to resolve. Would recommend the owner provide a Rome tourist map for guest as a take away and location of closest taxi stand just as an added touch. Funny how some reviews indicated that the apartments were small. They were both just fine for size, in fact if I had not read the reviews I may have only booked the RMAP 51 for 4 of us which would have been ample space since each couple would have had there own bedroom and bathroom. We were not in the room much so accept for short breaks and sleeping. Sleeping Rome & Fernanda made my Rome visit extra special. I would definetly rent again from Fernanda. SleepingRome (Valentia) was also great and quick to respond to my inquiries.

Great location, very close to everything, and just steps away from Pantheon. The place is very cute, with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Sure, it's not big, but totally adequate for four adults. Overall, a great place, would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

Perfect location, you can discover the city walking, no need to use public transport. Near to the apartment there you will find a lot of restaurants, gelaterías. If you prefer cooking, the marketplace Campo de Fiori is only 10 minutes walking, and even there is a fish shop within 20 m. The apartment is small but perfect for the purpose you will use it: after all day walking, you can arrive at home in some minutes and have a quiet night. Windows look backyards, absolutely no noise. The bed in the first bedroom is extremely comfortable. The living room is not a separate room, but actually the kitchen itself and the corridor towards the bedrooms and bathrooms, therefore quite narrow. Also the bathrooms and the dining corner are very small. In summary, space is limited for 4 persons (we are a couple with 2 teenagers), but if you don't plan to spend half the day in the apartment, you won't really care. Rooms were clean, there are a lots of towels, the kitchen is well equipped. The heating worked very well. We had some problem with the wifi, sometimes you need to wait some time to get the signal. The lift is also very small, 3 persons can use it at the same time, but it was always working. Fernanda was very nice, and everything went as we previously agreed. I absolutely recommend this apartment, we would return any time.

Le système chauffage et eau chaude est très pratique, fonctionne très bien, c'est important pour un mois de février à Rome.

Des petits détails à revoir qui font que cet appartement manque de soins et perd en qualité.

This place is in the very center of Rome in walking distance to all major attractions. Apartment was very comfortable for the stay of 4 people. We didn't spend much time inside, we used every opportunity to see the city. So the small size of the place didn't really matter much to us. It's compact, but comfortable and has everything you need. We were very happy to stay there and will come back again!

The flat is superb. Well equipped, clean, little, but cosy. We were 3 (couple + kid) in July 2014. It was very nice, and the air condition in one of the rooms was very good. There is little place to pack out your stuff, so travel light. I highly recommend.

Abbiamo preso i due appartamenti 50 e 51 eravamo due famiglie con 4 bambini in tutto. Siamo stati molto bene. La posizione è OTTIMA lo spazio negli appartamenti non è molto e soprattutto i bagni sono un pò piccoli ma alla fine vanno bene per pochi giorni. Il palazzo è ben tenuto e il vicinato silenzioso anche se ci sono molti ristoranti e tanta scelta di posti dove andare. Gli appartamenti sono arredati un pò spartanamente ma cmq c'è tutto quello che occorre. Consigliato a famiglie ma anche a coppie. Ottimo.

the apartment is located in a strategic position, few steps from Pantheon. you can easily visit Rome by foot starting from here. There are many good restorants in the nearby, and it's in a very quiet area. Unfortunately it's not confortable for four persons. Bathrooms are very, very, very small.

We visited Rome and stayed at this accommodation for 5 nights (me, my wife, and 2 small children). The accommodation was perfect for us as it was centrally located and near to everything, especially the Pantheon which is just around the corner. One can really feel the buzz of Roma here. We had easy access to a grocery store for our cooking needs, there is a daily vegetable and fruit market right next to the accommodation with a brilliant selection, and we were right in the middle of everything.
We will stay here again and we highly recommend it. The apartment is clean, new, and enough space for us. We made breakfast there each morning and even had some meals. The WC is great and the shower is nice. There were 2 TVs which were especially nice for the kids to watch morning cartoons and for us to get the weather. There was even a washing machine which came in handy for the ice cream lovers.
There was enough space to put our clothes, but pack lightly, you are in Rome.
It was great to just pop outside at the spur of the moment to the Pantheon, which there is no one out at 7:30am.
Enjoy, we will stay here again.

Before my comments on the apartment, I want to say that Valentina and the rest of the people at sleepingrome.com are fantastic. They really made all the difference by helping arrange for this apartment and the airport transfers. I highly recommend sleepingrome.com if you want peace of mind when you come to Rome.
The apartment recommended by Valentina was perfect for our short trip to the beautiful city of Rome.
Mrs Fernanda was easily contactable, and Gianni was very helpful and accommodating.
The apartment is located in quiet part of Navona (this is essential for a good night's sleep), it was very clean, well furnished, had all the necessary things needed to make it feel just like home. The functioning kitchen was a blessing for late night drinks and early morning coffees.
Major tourist attractions are within walking distance; Piazza Navona for people watching (10min), Campo de Fiori for great local produce shopping (10min), the Pantheon, beautiful basilicas and churches (10min), and of course, the Vatican (20min) for the awe-inspiring Basilica San Pietro, the beautif colonade of Piazza San Pietro, the amazing Musei Vaticano and the gorgeous Sistine Chapel.
Other Rome attractions are accessible by bus (we used Rome Open Tour from its stop opposite Castle Sant' Angelo; abt 15min walk away) - the Fontana de Trevi, Colosseo, Foro Romano, the Spanish Steps etc.
Special mention regarding the location: there are 2 restaurants (Il Bacaro and the restaurant No. 48 right next door) serving authentic Roman cuisine, literally less than 30 seconds away by foot. A must-try for anyone lucky enough to stay at this apartment.

The apartment is so small it is really only for two people. It is advertised for 4, but there is no seating for four, no space for luggage, etc. There are no towel bars or hooks, no bath mat and the bathrooms are so small you get water all over the floor. the wall in our bedroom was dirty with footprints, there was mold in the shower and the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. the location can not be beat, but it is overpriced for the value. The so called elevator only holds one person so it really needs to be marketed as a 3rd floor walk up. the owner speaks no english and despite 3 phone calls and two emails was not there to meet us when we arrived. We ended up on the street with our luggage for 30 minutes. the photos are very deceptive.

The apartment is really beside the navone site. It is not very big but it is extremely quiet. The owner is lovely and very helpful. 4 people can sleep easily. The apartment is billed as a 2 room apartment - but it really is just a studio that has been divided up into 2 rooms. It is incredibly small for 2 adults and 2 kids - which was the size of our party. The "living room" is basically the size of a narrow hallway. The location was great, but i really would not have paid what we paid to stay here. The furnishings were shabby, threadbare bed coverings, etc. But the wifi worked, and the location is great. I would pay at most 50 euros per night for this place. Any more and it's a rip off.

The position of this apartment is fantastic. It is only a 2 min walk to the Pantheon (one of our favourite places in Rome).
There are at least 2 restaurants in the street which are very good. The apartment is in a great position, it is very quiet.
Good wifi, there are a number of steps to climb, but the exercise is great!
The kitchen is small, but has everything you need.
All in all, a comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.

Fantastic position about 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Several absolutely excellent restaurants within 100 metres. A neat and tidy place to stay in the heart of the great city of Rome. All the major attractions are within the walking distance ( a couple nearing 60 is saying this). a large number of restaurants are within the vicinity. we would strongly recommend the gelatoria around the corner on the way to the Pantheon. Quality of the apartment is excellent though the sizes are small which seems like a norm in all over Italy. For 4 people it would be little congested but the saving part is the availability of two toilet blocks.
the owner Ms Fernanda is very nice but would have preferred had she spoken a little English. The agency SleepingRome was very helpful and always responded promptly. We highly recommend the apartment.

there could be no better localization in Rome: walking distance to every worthwhwhile place + great vibe of local restaurants just outside the building
the place was rather small but due to 2 bathrooms and small dining space it can easily accomodate 2 pairs (4people) if you plan on being outside the apartment most of your stay in Rome (which you should :) )
Landlady is extremely nice and helpful, but you have to note that she speaks little English. There were no problems though.

The location is just right in the heart of Romee. we were made to wait outside for more than half an hour as the doorbell was out of order and good job i phoned or else we would have had to wait much longer. Asked to leave apartment before 9.30am even though it is advertised that we had to leave by 11.00am and had to make other arrangements to accomodate them. we paid the tax but where never given any receipt!
All in all good value for money. will not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

My parents came to Italy to visit me and we spent a week in Roma, this apartment was FANTASTIC! My mother loved going to the fruit and veggie vendor every morning that was just a few yards from the apt ... we could walk to many sites or easity catch a bus ... the restaraunt next door is fabulous - i absolutely would recommend this apt to friends!

Overall - great place to stay.
The location is amazing - literally surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and a minutes walk to the Pantheon and not much further to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. You could not possibly get a better location for the money.
As mentioned before, it's very extremely small and definitely not big enough for 4 people. Perfect for a couple though.
Bathroom was spotless and shower worked great. They've possibly had a new boiler fitted since the earlier negative comments about the hot water, as there was no problems at all.
Negatives - not many but a few small niggles. The apartment smelt considerably of cigarette smoke when we arrived, which took 3 days to clear with the two windows left open all day. The bed sheets were clean but smelt of smoke as well. I appreciate this is not a non-smoking apartment but it made the first night fairly unpleasant.
The glasses in the cupboard could have done with a good wash as they had a thick layer of dust and didn't look like they had been cleaned for months.
The cleaning sponges/dishcloth in the kitchenette were brown and stained and a bit unappealing. Clean ones for each set of guests would be good.
Would I stay here again? Definitely - and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome for a short break.

Nous avons aimé l'appartement surtout sa situation au coeur de Rome. La deuxième chambre est sans fenêtre et c'est un peu difficile pour certaine personne qui n'aime pas le noir. C'est un peu petit pour 4 personnes. La personne qui nous a reçu est charmante et donne de bonnes indications.

This apartment is good choice, -in the heart of Rome. Every spectacle are really near. Not so big, but clear, two bathroom is ok.
Air cond. also good and important thing in the summer of Rome.
Unfortunatelly the owner can't speak english, but the team of sleepingrome, are helpful.

Muy céntrico, silencioso, limpio y confortable. En cuanto menaje, le haría falta una sartén, pues no había ni una. Mi mujer quedó atrapada en el ascensor durante 5 minutos, pero sólo fue un susto.
Muy bien equipado de sábanas, toallas, manteles, menaje, etc...hasta cadena de música, el TDT de la habitación más pequeña no funcionaba (aunque no se va a Roma a ver la tele).
Muy recomendable.

Perfect location. Could accommodate 4
people tightly but was very comfortable for two. A great
base for exploring the sites of Rome. Tiny windows, no
view, but when used just for sleeping and eating was just
fine. Shower door on ensuite bathroom broken so alternate
(very tiny) shower had to be used.

The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the historic town, amongst all the restaurants.
The apartment was clean, but after arrival we realised that it stunk of sewerage and the smell from the bathroom was revolting.
Also, the owner does not speak English and should not rent an apartment to non-italian speaking foreigners.

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment on a very good location. Not so roomy but big enough for 4 people and the fact it has 2 bathrooms is splendid.
The only small issue we found was that the hot water would come and go during the shower, but nothing you couldn't deal with and no burns from that :)

The apartment itself was awesomely well located, at the center of the city. There was a supermarket very close, and it was really clean. The woman who had to give us the keys to get in the apartment was waiting for us on saturday night and show us everything we need to know.

The location is just great, very close to almost all tourist attractions in the center. The apartment is located in a quiet little street with

We stayed in Rome for 6 weeks in June/July 2009. We were 2 adults and 1 teenager. The very best thing was the tranquility, absolutely no noise from the streets. Both bed rooms (one of them is a dining room that can be made a bedroom when necessary) had air conditioning that worked very well. The apartment is placed in the heart of the ancient/historic Rome.
There are to very small, but modern bah rooms. The bed rooms are very well equipped with linens and towels. The beds are comfortable.
The dining room, i.e. second bed room, has no window. We missed that. The kitchen is very narrow, but has the equipment needed, even a brand new washing machine. The hostess was very kind, and we easily reached her on the phone.
As we stayed in Rome for a study period of 6 weeks, we would have appreciated some space for luggage and stuff.
We would not hesitate renting this apartment again, may be rather for a shorter holiday than for more weeks studying.

The apartment was in a great location: just a few steps from the Pantheon, and in a walking distance to all the major site: Spanish steps, Piazza venezia, etc.
The apartment was perfect for us (2 people) but I think that 3-4 people in this apartment will be too crouded since it is a small apartment.
It was equiped will all the necesities: practical kitchen, bathroom with a shower (hot water).
It is a lovely street, relatevily quite.
We needed to schedule a transfer on our last day from the apartment to the airport, so I called the office on Saturday, and Lorena was so helpful and kind to schedule a pick-up for us.
In overall a great vacation, great apartment, great service.
I can say that Rome is the most beautiful city I have ever been to.

We're just back from a fabulous holiday in Europe, and we enjoyed wonderful
stays almost everywhere we went. But of all the apartments we stayed in, our
stay was probably the most memorable in Rome. We were a group of 4, and we
found the apartment nicely laid out (though a trifle small), extremely well
stocked and in a very central location. I think the trick in Rome is to do
as the Romans do, and we did exactly what Manuel and Elena at sleepingrome
recommended. The rest was taken care of very efficiently by our host

The apartment is very central to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, which is what we wanted. The price reflects this, though. It has been refurbished this year and so everything is new and clean.
However, the photos are deceiving. It is very tiny. The shower rooms are tiny, and the showers barely big enough to use. I would have preferred one decent bathroom than two tiny ones. The toilet pan was broken when we arrived, but was fixed the same day when we complained.
The kitchen is small and 4 people cannot sit around the table to eat. Make sure you buy salt, sugar, cooking oil as none provided.

the apartment was great, on a quiet street in a great location (but a little difficult to find). however, the landlady was an hour late and did not apologize. in addition, before we arrived we called and emailed her to verify our time of arrival and there was no response, so i asked the sleepinrome service to let her know when we would arrive. so we weren't confident that she would be there, not to mention that she did not give us information like the apt number beforehand. very difficult for foreign travelers

We stayed at appartment code 91, via degli Spagnoli. The appartment wasn't what we expected. The bed linens weren't new and not so clean. Also all the kitchen equipment wasn't clean. Although the location is perfect. Just in the center of everything. I wouldn't return there.
