65 sqm apartment on the first floor of a building in the area of Arsenale (there is no lift, to enter the apartment you have to climb about 5 steps).
The house has one bedroom with double bed (170x190 cm), a living room with TV and double sofa-bed (170x190 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer, another bathroom with sink and toilet, a lovely garden, a kitchen equipped with washbasin, 4 gas cookers, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and other kitchen utensils.
At guests' disposal: wi-fi, heating, satellite TV, iron and ironing board.

We had a very good Eastern WE at Arsenale, the St Martin location is very nice and authentic. The landlord was very friendly with us, we really appreciated his appartment, the only weak point we could mention is the quite noisy neighbourhood, in fact the noise coming from the appartment above ours, flushing and stepping every early morning, hopefully for not too long. That's why I gave a 8 for the quality, bringing the general quality to a honourable 9. We certainly keep this accomodation as a good reference for a next stay in Venice, with thanks for your perfect service since many years, also in Rome. best regards, Kristin Bosman and Guido Bertels.
